All Domestic orders will have a flat rate of $12.99 for shipping.
Free domestic shipping will be available on order of $99+ with code "FREESHIP"
*Free shipping offer applies only to the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories contact Hookah Vault for shipping rate.
*A $20 ADDITIONAL shipping fee will be added to EACH lounge case of coals AND orders of 6+ individual boxes of coals due to shipping weight.
UTAH and WASHINGTON residents: Due to federal laws, we can ONLY ship hookahs and related accessories. Tobacco shipments are NOT allowed. If you try to ship tobacco to either of these states, our website will not provide shipping rates to you until the tobacco products are removed from your cart.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We accept returns for unused/unopened items purchased at HookahVault.com within 30 days from delivery.
No returns, exchanges or refunds on any tobacco products.
No returns, exchanges or refunds on items sent back from customs from other countries. It is your responsibility to know your country's import/export laws.
Any refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND PROCESS
To return/exchange a product please contact us with your order information. We will respond within 24-48 business hours with a Hookah Vault Return Authorization and instructions.
Returns/exchanges sent back without a Hookah Vault Return Authorization will not be accepted.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds on shipping costs will only be issued if Hookah Vault is in error.
Any broken or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of original delivery. No returns, exchanges or refunds for any broken or missing items will be accepted after that grace period.
Refund time is dependent on credit card/payment company processing times.
Domestic Orders (48 contiguous United States ONLY. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories not included)
By placing an order, you are agreeing that you are at least 21 years of age.
Domestic orders within the continental United States are shipped via USPS, UPS, FEDEX Ground, or FEDEX Express.
Processing time is generally 1 - 2 business days.
Shipping time is 1-5 business days depending on your geographic distance from Los Angeles, CA.
All California orders require a signature confirmation upon delivery for the security of our customers.
It is not Hookah Vault’s responsibility to track your order. Once a package says it has been delivered, we waive all responsibility for that order.
Hookah Vault waives responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Hookah Vault waives responsibility for any health problems or injury associated with the use of our products.
Hookah Vault has the right to cancel any order and refuse service.
International, Alaska, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands Orders
All international, Alaska, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands shipping time is 5-21 business days depending on your geographic distance from Los Angeles, CA, USA.
Processing time is generally 4-7 business days.
The shipping cost will vary depending on the order weight, content, duties (if applicable) and location.
Shipping rates may change after order is placed. If shipping rate increases, there will be an additional charge of the difference on the original payment method.
No free shipping to international, Alaska, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands destinations.
Please allow up to 21 business days to receive your order.
We are not responsible for any items confiscated or lost along the way.
ALL INTERNATIONAL (Alaska, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands EXCLUDED) orders MUST pay in the form of crypto currency. No other currency will be accepted.
For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item separately, on different dates.
International Shipping (Alaska, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands EXCLUDED): Customer is responsible for GST, VAT and/or all applicable taxes & fees.
HookahVault.com is not responsible for any item confiscated or lost along the way. By placing an international order, you are agreeing and accepting all risks and liabilities for importing tobacco into your country. We are not responsible for knowing or enforcing the tobacco importation laws of your country. It is your responsibility to know the local laws.
Please note that we now digitally record the packaging and preparation process for every order. We do this to prevent abuse by some customers, and in the process, keep our costs down for loyal customers.
Tracking Your Order
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, which can be referenced once the package has shipped.
