Grommets are the cheapest parts on a hookah and the most common reason a session goes bad. These small rubber seals sit at every junction — bowl to stem, stem to base, hose to port — and when one hardens or cracks, air leaks in, the draw goes loose, clouds thin out, and the purge stops purging. We stock replacements for every joint, from universal bowl and hose grommets to brand-specific fits like Regal's, most under a couple dollars. If your setup smokes worse than it used to and the bowl isn't the problem, it's almost certainly a seal.
