These tips are designed to work on long, thing, hookah handles. Perfect for the B2 hose, or any number of thinner diameter hoses. These go on the outside of the mouthpiece. Its literally an inch long piece of colored silicon. Washable and reusable. Much better than those terrible plastic mouthpieces. These will stretch a little, but they will not work on something like a HJ Flaca handle.
