Data Deletion Request

At Hookah Vault, we take personal privacy very seriously, as described in our Privacy Policy, and in an effort to ensure your data remains private, we offer our users the option to submit a data deletion request.

By submitting a data deletion request, you are authorizing us to remove all and any personal data relating to your account within our systems, servers, and databases.

To submit a data deletion request, please send an email from the email address associated with your Hookah Vault Account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" to deletemydata@hookahvault.com expressing your desire to submit a data deletion request and be sure to include your First Name, Last Name, Registered State, Registered Zip Code, and Registered Email Address.

Upon receiving a data deletion request, you will receive an automated response notifying you that we have received your request.

Generally, it will take up to 14 business days to process a data deletion request, but may take less or more time depending on your case. Under certain circumstances, we may request additional information to verify your identity.

Once the request has been process, your user data will be completely removed from our website, servers, systems, and databases.

Important Notices

• Please be advised that, once your data deletion request has been successfully processed, your Hookah Vault User Account will no longer exist, which means you will not have access to your account dashboard, order history, etc.
• While we will completely remove your personal data from our internal website, systems, servers, and databases, we are unable to remove your data from third parties who may have had access to it.
